DELIVERY TERMS

A112 Distribution purchases & holds stock in China & Thailand, and when you make a purchase with us, your goods will automatically be shipped on 3-5 day carrier. If you require goods more quickly, it may be possible to dispatch from the UK for a small premium added to the price, but this will depend on stock levels at the time.


VAT

VAT is not charged by A112 Distribution as goods are sent directly to you from outside of the EU, this makes you the importer of these goods and therefore you should declare VAT when they arrive in your possession, if HMRC have not already done so.

Goods sent from UK may have VAT added to the price


PAYMENT TERMS

We have many different methods of payment to include Credit or Debit card payment, Paypal, Cheque's, & Bank Transfers.

We do not accept Western Union and MoneyGram.

If any other methods of payment are required please contact us on Sales@a112distribution.com to discuss.

Delivery times are from date of cleared funds ie: if you pay using paypal, this could hold your order up for approx 7 days, where by Bank transfer, the order will be dispatched immediately.

Cheques must clear into the bank and then wait for 6 extra days before item can be dispatched.


RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY

Return: A112 Distribution does not accept returns for goods unless they are faulty. If you return a faulty item to us, we will then replace that item in the next order, or discount the item price from your next invoice.

Order Cancellation: If you have placed an order and the order has not been shipped, we will allow you to amend, change or cancel your order. If the item has been shipped then we will classify that as Order Complete, and you will not be able to amend, change or cancel your order.

Warranty: A112 usually offers a 3 month return to replace warranty, if goods you have purchased become faulty within 3 of purchase, we will swap them for you after we have tested them. This warranty may vary on each item, so please ask what warranty a certain product comes with.
 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to change, amend, add to, and subtract from these terms and conditions without notice

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund including P&P.

Prices may change without prior notice.

We cannot be held responsible for any typo mistakes on the website with regards the price or product information. If you purchase a product at the wrong price you will be contacted by us and advised of the correct price. You will then be asked if you would still like to proceed with your order, if it is your wish to cancel your order you may do so.

Orders can be cancelled with full refund if payment has not yet been sent, after payment has been sent there will be an admin charge of 4%.

Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
